Lynn is an Executive Leadership and Organizational Coach/Consultant who most recently worked with several of IBM’s top 10% of leaders in their globally integrated enterprise.  Prior to her 11 years with IBM, Lynn was Managing Director of a boutique consulting firm focused on executive coaching, executive and acquisition integration, leadership and strategy alignment and executive leadership development.  Major clients were included in the Fortune 100 companies.  She has more than 30 years experience working in a cross section of industries both domestic and international.

» Co-developed 2010 Coaching Strategy for IBM to encompass over 60,000 executives.

Ms. Schuster earned a B.A. in Psychology from Manhattanville College and did graduate studies at Manhattanville and NYU.  Additionally, Lynn received certifications in; Merger and Acquisition Integration/ Darden School of Business; Strategic Leadership Forum Education/ Harvard Business School; LSI, Managerial Styles, Climate, Organization Improvement Program and Managing for Motivation and Performance Improvement from Hay Group Consulting; Hogan Personality Inventory Certification; LIFO and DISC certification. IBM has certified Lynn in their assessment and feedback processes around Leadership Competencies, Derailment Factors, Business leadership Surveys and Behavioral Event Interviewing mapped to specific executive job profiles.
